ACM - S20 (Automatic Cutting Machine) is an electronic cutting machine that is used to cut very thick cables that standard machines cannot handle. The maximum workable outer diameter of the cable is ø50 mm. Powerful belt feeding unit, which is driven by two stepper motors, ensures smooth cable feeding. The setting of the cable length is controlled by a special module with an encoder, which copies the corrugation of the cable and thus ensures higher accuracy of length measurement. The cable cutting process is performed using an automatic saw. The speed of the saw blade as well as the speed of the sawing itself is of course adjustable. |
