CableCoiler 500
Light-weight, economical single pan wire coiler for coiling wire or cable weighing up to 4 kg (8.8 lbs.).
Function
As the wire or cable exits the cutting and stripping machine, it passes through a guidetube and into the CableCoiler 500 coiling pan. The coiling pan speed is synchronizedwith the speed of the exiting wire or cable, making a uniform sized coil. The operatorcan change the diameter of the coil by adjusting the “Relative Speed” setting on theCableCoiler 500. Once the wire stops feeding and the coiling pan stops, the operatormanually unloads the wire or cable and initiates another cycle on the cutting andstripping machine.
