CableCoiler 1400
Automatic Coiling Machine The CableCoiler 1400 is a single pan coiling system that is used to coil wire, cable ortubing. It features a rotary design with moveable pins to adjust for different coilingdiameters. Another unique feature of this design is the easy unloading scheme, usingretracting pins and an automatic safety cover lift.
The machine is very versatile andcan function in one of two different operating modes:
- Coil only – for efficient offline coiling of precut materials
- Auto coil – as an integrated post processing accessory for use with the cut &stripmachines.
Function
- As the turntable rotates, the material is coiled around the inner pins
- When the coiling is complete, the turn stops and the safety shield opens automatically
- The pins retract downwards until they are flush with the turntable so the operator can easily remove the coiled material
Customer benefit
- Ergonomic design for convenient handling of the cable coils
- Simple procedures for set up and programming
- Synchronized process with the cut & strip machine by verified interfaces
Options
Transformer for 100 / 115 V
Applications / Parameters
Power- and multiconductor cables with round cross sections.
Programmable parameters:
- Inner and outer diameter of the coil
- Pitch of the coil
- Cable length (synchronized with the process machine)
- Coiling distance after cutting
- Coiling frequency (synchronized with the process machine)
