PreFeeder 3000
Prefeeding Machine Dereeler Type The PreFeeder 3000 is a motor driven dereeling system that meets a wide range of prefeeding requirements. Its powerful AC gearmotor enables fast acceleration and deceleration of the cable reel.
Functions
The cable demand is electronically controlled with sensors which check the position of the accumulator dancer. Quick cable reel changeover is ensured by means of the unique reel positioning and mechanical lifting aid system. Additionally the PreFeeder 3000 can be used in conjunction with other manufacturers products. The PreFeeder 3000 is the optimal prefeeding solution to meet the high processing speeds of Schleuniger automatic cutting and stripping machines.
