UniCrimp 1100 B
Crimping machine With 11 tons of crimping force, the UniCrimp 1100 B processes cable cross-sections up to 35 mm2 (AWG 2). With the proper crimp applicator it can be used as a benchtop machine for semi-automatic processing of both side or rear feed banded terminals. The UniCrimp 1100 B is user-friendly and can be equipped with a crimp force monitoring option.
Function
The crimping process is triggered by a foot pedal. For ease of set-up, the UniCrimp 1100 B is equipped with a creep mode. This enables the drive mechanism to be moved backwards and forwards slowly to facilitate visual checking.
