UniCrimp 500 A
Heavy duty crimping station with 5 tons of press force for use with the CrimpCenter 67 HD16.
Overview
The UniCrimp 500 A is a crimping machine with 5 tons of press forces. It processes both rear- and side-feed banded terminals (open or closed barrel type) for cable cross sections up to 16 mm² (6 AWG).
- For processing large cable cross sections up to 16 mm² (6 AWG)
- For processing rear- and side-feed banded terminals
- Short cycle times
- Quick-change applicator base plate
- Optional crimp force monitoring
Application Range
The UniCrimp 500 A is a heavy duty crimping station for use with the CrimpCenter 67 HD16 automatic cut, strip, and terminate machine. For ease of set-up, the UniCrimp 500 A is equipped with a creep mode. This enables the drive mechanism to be moved backwards and forwards slowly, to facilitate visual checking.
