Overview
The pneumatic machine StripCrimp PP3+ is a highly reliable stripping and crimping machine designed for processing terminals on a strip, sorted transversely and longitudinally. It can process these contacts in a range of cross sections from 0.03 mm2 to 1.5 mm2 (AWG 32–16).
The machine works on the principle of a press with a broken lever, ie the upper and lower parts of the tool move against each other. Precise stripping and a sealed crimped joint (documented by a test report and a cross-section analysis) guarantee the highest level of processing quality.
Another unusual feature of the machine is its dimensions and light weight. It enables flexible deployment of the machine at different workplaces. The machine is built on the basis of the proven Schleuniger PP3 machine.
